CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation Policy** At Jaelle Beauty & Co., we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: **Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling** - We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost. - No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full charge for the scheduled service. **Refunds & Deposits** - Deposits are non-refundable. - If you cancel within the required timeframe, you may apply your deposit toward a future appointment. **Late Arrivals** - Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $20 fee will be charged. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. **How to Cancel or Reschedule** - You can cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (936)419-1243. - If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request was processed.
